Kerala’s flagship IT ecosystem is entering a new phase of expansion as Technopark has invited private developers and co-developers to participate in the development of premium IT and IT-enabled infrastructure at Technocity, the Phase IV expansion of Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram.

Located near Pallippuram, Technocity is envisioned as a large-scale integrated IT township that combines modern workspaces with residential, commercial, and social infrastructure.
